How do I request an appointment?

An Appointment Request can be made by calling the shop or through our website online. Appointment Requests can be made online by selecting the appointment request icon and filling out the appointment request form. Once the online form is completed and submitted we will review and either approve the time and date you requested or provide an alternative date and time.

Can I get a quote for my repair?

Yes you can. We do prefer you to bring in your vehicle so that we can diagnose your exact concern. Once we have performed the diagnostic we will provide you with our expert findings and provide you a text link to your work order so you can see the technician's findings/notes and the quote for the necessary repairs to get you back on the road at that time you can let us know what you would like to do. Alternatively you can call us and in some cases we can provide a quote but it will not always be exact as every make, model and year have unique distinctions from one another.

Do you have after-hours pick-up?

After Hours Pick Up - once we have completed the work your vechile you can pay the invoice online. We will provide you the lock box number, code and instructions on how to pick up your vehicle.

Do you have an early bird drop off?

Yes we do. We have an Early Bird Drop Box supplied with envelopes and pens. SImply fill out the information, put the keys in the envelope and drop the envelope into the slot. Once we open we will check your vehicle in and send you notification that it has been received and wait for your approval to perform your requested work.

How do I approve my estimate?

You have two options to approve your estimate.

Option 1 - You can go to the link we sent you and approve the estimate online. That approval then gets sent to us and we perform the repair on your vehicle.

Option 2 - Give us a call and will accept your verbal approval for specific repairs or services that you request.

What types of vehicles do you service/repair?

We work on all American and Asian cars. We do not work on custom/show cars.

What types of service/repairs do you offer?

We are a general automotive repair shop that performs service and repairs from A-Z and everything in between. Diagnostics of most items/problems, Mileage Maintenance items (Fluids, Brakes, Tune-Ups, Etc.) all the way up to transmission and engine replacement. You are more than welcome to ask us if you are unsure and we will provide you a straight answer if we can do it.

Do you accept aftermarket/extended warranties?

Yes we do. We are very knowledgeable about the process and can handle all aspects of your warranty claim. That way you can get your car repaired and back on the road as quickly as possible.
