They got me in right away. They had my brakes fixed after having to order a Ford part and the oil changed the very next day. They did the job right when another shop did it the cheap way by putting in made in Mexico part instead of a genuine Ford part. It wasn’t an easy fix or cheap. But I really appreciate the guys at Garage 47 for doing the job right and quickly. I highly recommend them.

Honestly it just made me feel good the moment we walked in, like I was in the right place and didn't have to rush through anything. Ive been coming here pretty regularly and the consistency is unreal, every time it hits the same spot. My go to order never disappoints and I swear they know it by name by now. I also tried something new last visit just to mix it up and yeah I think i'll go back and forth on that depending on the day Any place I keep returning to like this has to be doing something right and they definitely are. If i'm in the area im already planning the next stop thats just how it goes.

Brought in car for repair to steering coupler. Process for check-in was easy and tech savvy. Shop mechanic first validated dealer reported issue and with a nominal inspection fee less than $60.00 found an issue with the brake system which was serious and repairs were done same-day. Cost was reasonable compared to dealer service. I will use this shop again.

Went in for a pre purchase inspection which i recommend everyone do before purchasing a used car. Very transparent and gave a detailed explanation on all the issues with the vehicle and their recommendation on whether to purchase or not. Would 100% recommend

My fan was not putting out good airflow. Garage 47 discovered the fan was fine and cleaned out 2-years of leaves stuffed in crazy spots in the engine. They recommended filter replacements and topped off some fluids. It was all done in one day and no judgements on the leaves-- I was just a lil embarrassed Lol

Summary: Great experience at Garage 47, honest pricing, excellent service, and they finally helped me understand a tricky window issue other shops missed! __ I came to Garage 47 for an oil change and routine inspection and had a fantastic experience. The team was very open and honest about their pricing, no surprises, which I really appreciated. While I was there, I also asked about a persistent issue with my car window that I've had "fixed" several times at other shops, but it kept breaking. The technician (I believe his name was Jay) was incredibly patient, took the time to thoroughly look into it, and gave me the clearest explanation I've gotten so far about what might really be going on. For the first time, I actually trust the diagnosis! I'll definitely be coming back to Garage 47 and would highly recommend them.

They send pics of the vehicle issues in text or email format. They give you back our old parts if you want them. They honored a warranty on brake rotors that were warped. The brakes were completed with new discs and pads 5 months ago which warped fairly quickly. We do not ride our brakes or tow anything frequently, so we don't understand why the brakes were warped in 5 months. Garage 47 made it right for us.

Garage 47 has stood out beyond any other experience at a service shop even at the dealer! These guys know their stuff. I interfaced with 2 different techs who looked at my car and Guy (the intake person)- what a dream team! their knowledge, honesty, transparency, kindness, sincerity was really unmatched. Most places with the repairs I had and price tag to go with it would've taken the money and ran but when I proposed a different scenario they gave honest feedback and we throroughly discussed each option and how it would play out down the road. They saved me a huge headache, thousands of dollars and potentially a nightmare! This team will be our whole families future mechanic!
