I was drawn by the awesome reviews this place received and had to give them a call. My check light engine came on and had to take my car to an auto mechanic place that I can trust! And I absolutely found a place not only I can trust, but a place I plan on taking my car in for its needs for now on! Guy, if you are reading this, you are such an amazing guy (no pun intended!). As soon as I walked in you had a warm presence. You took my concerns serious which makes you different from the rest. This man really cares about his customers. He showed me everything that was wrong with my car and even gave me a run down of what could happen if I don’t take care of the urgent maintenance right away. I absolutely loved how Guy called me to tell me that they’ve found something else wrong with my car during the service. He asked me if I wanted that to be worked on instead of them working on it without my knowledge. He wanted to make sure I was ok with it. I thought that was very thoughtful and caring. Guy only focuses on what your car actually needs which is what I love. The whole process took only a few hours. His crew were also nice. Everyone makes you feel comfortable. Went in for an oil change and ended up getting a brake fluid & coolant system flush as well. The picture of my brake fluid showed it was in bad shape and it supposedly was flushed last year by the dealer. I feel I can trust Guy, the operations manager, and his crew to be honest and do only what my car needs and actually do the work! The prices were lower than the dealer as well. I was waiting and my car was ready in 2 hours. I have waited that long for only an oil change at the dealer. I am happy I tried Garage 47 and definitely will return for future service.
