- To give the best customer service possible and, in the case of any disputes, to provide a prompt and amicable resolution.
- To ensure that my entire staff conducts themselves in a professional manner and in keeping with the high standards of the automotive industry.
- To notify the customer if appointments or completion promises cannot be kept.

Summary: Great experience at Garage 47honest pricing, excellent service, and they finally helped me understand a tricky window issue other shops missed! __ I came to Garage 47 for an oil change and routine inspection and had a fantastic experience. The team was very open and honest about their pricingno surprises, which I really appreciated. While I was there, I also asked about a persistent issue with my car window that I’ve had "fixed" several times at other shops, but it kept breaking. The technician (I believe his name was Jay) was incredibly patient, took the time to thoroughly look into it, and gave me the clearest explanation I’ve gotten so far about what might really be going on.
